that bridge rectifier isn't correct. half the diodes aren't oriented correctly.

there is a site selling a transformer you could use its got extra taps for valve heater and if you wire up a rotary switch you can get full power 1/2 power ans 1/10 power

this schematic is incomplete, but based on the triode and pentode requirements. the first transformer from the plug if in usa 120v then you need 1:2 ratio but the transformer output cant be above 290v recommend 250v max and filaments no more than 12 volts and the final output transformer is a af transformer with 16 and 8 Ohm taps
