This is a new project that I will be starting very soon.  What you are looking at is a 100W head and matching combo made by Redbear.  This company, as far as I can tell, was around in the early 80s before becoming Novik.  There is very little information anywhere, and I believe I will become a Redbear guru by the time I'm done...considering no one else in the world has any information.  I have been unable to find a schematic, but if it it necessary I will draw one from the actual unit.  I was able to power it up and it actually sounded great.  The pots are a little scratchy, but a very quiet, nice tone amp.
