Redbear MK120:
What you are looking at is a 100W head and matching combo made by Redbear. This company, as far as I can tell, was around in the early 80s before becoming Novik. Gibson distributed these in the USA and they were modeled after the Soviet Mig. I was able to power it up and it actually sounded great. The pots are a little scratchy, but a very quiet, nice tone amp. Schematics:
